Timothy J. Whims, Sr.


Timothy J. Whims, Sr. was born in Springfield, Ohio on December 18, 1953 . He went home to be with the Lord on February 21, 2009.

He is survived by his wife of 19 years Mabel Annon; four sons Henry C. Lewis, Michael E. Lewis, Anthony D. Lewis and Timothy J. Whims, Jr.; four daughters Lisi D. Lazear, Catherine "Niki" Whims, Jessica I. Annon and Nekitia D. Hughes; sisters Joyce Kinnear and Betty Hall; brother James Riddle and several other brothers and sisters and 28 grandchildren.

Tim was preceded in death by his father Arthur Whims; mother Pauline Whims; brothers Bobby and Junior Riddle; sister Rose Guidry and first wife Sarah Whims.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2:30 PM. in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME with Rev. James R. Martin officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday from 1:30-2:30 PM. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
