Clarence C. Waldron III


Clarence C. "Dick" Waldron III, 65 of Springfield, passed away Saturday, July 19, 2008 at the Springfield Regional Medical Center.

He was born January 27, 1943 in Springfield the son of the late Clarence C. Jr. & Evelyn (Gassett) Waldron.

He was a retired employee of the Springfield Bus Co. with 19 years of service, a U.S. Army Veteran and a member of the Eagles, Jacksonville, OH.

He was preceded in death by his brother Russell Waldron.

Survivors include his loving wife of 40 years Linda, daughter Brenda "Susie" Poe and husband George "Skeeter" of Springfield, 3 sons Clarence "Dickie" Waldron and wife Rebecca, Donnie Waldron and wife Jackie all of Springfield, Rusty Waldron and fiancee Kim of Mt. Orab, OH, 2 sisters Mary Kristiansen and husband Terge of FL, and Joanne Barry and husband Jim of Springfield, 11 grandchildren and numerous other family members and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 23, 2008 from the Jones Kenney Zechman Funeral Home. Burial Ferncliff Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
