Thelma J. (McCoy) Rice, 77, long time resident of S. Charleston died April 23, 2008 in Heartland Nursing Home.

She was preceded in death by; daughter, Kathern A. Barnhart; granddaughter, Lisa Kaye Howard; son, David Michael McCoy.

Thelma is survived by; son, Clyde McCoy of Longview, WA; sister, Helen Robinson of Centerville, OH; numerous great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 10AM until time of service at 11AM Monday April 28, 2008 in the INGLING WILLIAMS Funeral Home, S. Charleston with Pastor Aaron Turner officiating. Graveside service to follow at 3:30 in the Qullen Cemetery in Greenup County KY.
