Morgan Brittaney Perkins


Morgan Brittaney Perkins, 17, left this earth unexpectedly to be with her Lord and Savior on April 21, 2008. Morgan was born in Springfield, Ohio on August 2, 1990 to Brenton and Tonya Perkins. She was a senior at Kenton Ridge High School.

Morgan was a wonderful, beautiful, and loving young lady. She was a member of First Christian church and loved playing soccer for Kenton Ridge. Morgan also loved playing her guitar and singing. She was accepted into the honors program at Ohio State University and was to begin this fall. Her life was changed by her mission work in Honduras and Ecuador.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her loving father, Brenton Perkins (Michelle) and loving mother, Tonya Perkins; beloved brother Nicholas and precious sister Lauren; paternal grandparents Ed and Marilyn Perkins; maternal grandparents, John Maddux and Kathy Maddux; great Grandma Edna Ross; Uncle Randy Perkins (Amy), Aunt Missi Balch (Tim), Uncle Jason Perkins (Jennifer), Aunt Nikki Webb (Scott), numerous cousins and special friends. Morgan was loved and admired by all who knew her and will be missed tremendously.

Her life will be celebrated with a gathering of family and friends at First Christian Church on Friday April 25, 2008 from 3pm to 8pm. Services will be Saturday April 26, 2008 at 10am at First Christian Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the First Christian Church I.E. Ministries, 3638 Middle Urbana Road, Springfield, OH 45502.
