Louise A. "Lou" Prater


Louise A. "Lou" Prater, 42, of Fairborn, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, December 6, 2007.

She was born January 9, 1965 in Springfield the daughter of Candy H. and Suzanna (Prince) Prater.

Lou enjoyed playing softball.

Survivors include her father Candy Prater, Springfield, her loving companion and best friend Christopher Hofstetter, three children; Allen (Sara) Castle and Joshua (Kelly) Castle, Springfield, Christina Hofstetter, Fairborn, two grandchildren Ayden and Gabriel, siblings; Nona (Carson) Ewing, Springfield, Candy (Rhonda) Prater Jr. South Charleston, Robert (Alice) Prater, Wilma Prater ( Roger), Chris (Sandy ) Prater, all of Springfield, several nieces and nephews and special friends Diane Brewer and Krista Perez.

She was preceded in death by her mother Suzanna Prater.

Friends may call in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME from 5 until 8 PM Monday. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday in the funeral home with Pastor Dale Stumbo officiating. Burial will follow in Ferncliff Cemetery.
