Josephine M. Pinti


Josephine M. Pinti, of Springfield died at 4:15 p.m. Wednesday, February 25, 2009 at Forest Glen Health Campus. She was born in Springfield, OH the daughter of Anthony and Mary (Anastasia) Ianni.

She had been employed by Mercy Medical Center and retired after a number of years service. She was a member of St. Teresa Church.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Mark A. and Rita Pinti, Beavercreek, OH, James S. and Michele Pinti. Springfield; grandson Gabriel A. Pinti; two sisters, Frances Cappelli and Evelyn Amato; brother and sister-in-law Dante and Ann Ianni; sister-in-law, Angela Ianni all of Springfield.

She was preceded in death by her husband Anthony J. "Tony" Pinti in 2000, sister Lucy, brother Samuel Ianni and brothers-in-law Louis Cappelli and Joseph Amato.

Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday in the Conroy Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St.Teresa Church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
