Walter Moran


Walter Moran, 85, of Medway, passed away on Wednesday, January 16, 2008.

Walt was born in New York on April 24, 1922.

He was retired form Tappon Company where he worked 35 years and he was presently working part time at the Barn in Springfield, Ohio. Walt was a graduate of Buffalo University and also took classes at U.S.C. and UCLA. He served his Country proudly in the United States Navy during World War II. Walt was an avid baseball fan and was a big Los Angeles Dodgers follower.

Walt is survived by his wife of eleven wonderful years; Yvonne Moran, several children and grandchildren.

Besides being a wonderful family man, Walt will always be remembered for his strong work ethics and by his many friends who's lives he touched during his amazing time he shared with others.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Monday in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens Chapel. Friends may visit with the family for one hour prior to the services. Burial will follow. Arrangements are being handled by the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME.
