Theodore "Ted" Moon


Theodore "Ted" Moon, 95, passed away Saturday June 30, 2007 in Villa of Springfield.

He was born June 21, 1912 in Richmond, Indiana, the son of Weldon and Millie (Williams) Moon.

Mr. Moon proudly served in the U.S. Army during World War II.

He is survived by his children Mary A. Hall, Pearl L. Polk, and Theodore Moon; a sister Esther Edmonson and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife Stella; siblings Luella Pratt, Ruby Foulke, and Ralph Moon.

Graveside services will be held Thursday at 2pm in Ferncliff Cemetery. Pastor Rick Clos will officiate. Burial will follow.

The family is being served by THE JONES KENNEY ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME.
