Capt. Robert C. Mack USNR
Capt. Robert C. Mack USNR, passed on January 11, 2009 in the Mercy St. John's Center. He was the son of Carl and Charlotte Mack.
He is survived by his wife of forty-four years, Barbara, two sons and daughters-in-law: Steven and Angel their two sons, Cody and Ryan, Douglas and Michelle and their daughter, Sophia, brother, Carl and sister-in-law, Jackie of Columbus, sister-in-law, Joan of W. Sand Lake, New York, and their families.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Albert.
Bob served our country in the United States Navy for twenty-one years and completed two tours in the Vietnam War. For thirty years he was a commercial and Public Relations manager for Ohio Bell Telephone in the Springfield and Dayton area. He belonged to numerous organizations in both cities.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. in the Covenant Presbyterian Church, 201 N. Limestone St., Springfield.
