Margaret L. Mast
Margaret L. Mast, 83, of Huber Heights and formerly of Springfield, died unexpectedly, Monday, December 1, 2008 in her residence.
She was born in Springfield on July 24, 1925 the daughter of Nicholas and Naomi (McClellan) Bennett.
She was a member of the Asbury United Methodist Church.
Margaret is survived by her six children and spouses, Mary and Ron Myers with whom she made her home, Marissa and Ron Layne of Sebring, Florida, Judy and Dave Haskins of Kettering, Marno and Bob Morris of Huber Heights, Loy and Becky Mast of Union, Ohio, and Bruce Mast of North Hampton; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Robert and Dottie Bennett and Raymond and Jessie Bennett, all of Springfield; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 54 years, Robert P. Mast; a granddaughter, Jennifer Forester; and infant brothers, Frankie and Eddie Bennett.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 4-7 p.m. Thursday in the LITTLETON & RUE FUNERAL HOME.
Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Friday in the funeral home with Pastor Marcia Rummel officiating.
Burial will be in Kingscreek Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Kosair Children's Hospital, 231 E. Chestnut, Louisville, KY 40202.
