Paul Douglas King


Paul Douglas "Doug" King, 55, of Springfield, passed away at 6:45 PM Friday, January 9, 2009 in Community Hospital. He was born November 9, 1953 in Bell County, Texas the son of Paul Douglas King Sr.

Mr. King had been employed at Muncy Corp. and enjoyed watching wrestling and spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Survivors include three children; Talisa (Bill) Lyons and Janie Baxter, Springfield, Anthony (Kyoko) Grim, Utah, grandchildren; Chasity, Terence, Lilguy, Dustin, Catherine, Donnisha, Quinn, Mark, Araden, Jayben and Valven, great grandchildren; Tesa, Trae, Zay, and Davion, one brother; Larry King, one sister; Kathy Self both of California.

He was preceded in death by a daughter; Nancy, a brother; Pete and his parents.

A memorial service will be held beginning at 1:00 PM Saturday January 17, 2009 at P. Stanley's (Upstairs). Arrangements are being handled by the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME.
