Edith Knight


Edith Knight, 70, of Springfield, passed away at 11:03 PM Sunday, January 11, 2009 in Community Hospital. She was born August 25, 1938 in Germany, the daughter of Elisabeth Muller.

Mrs. Knight had been employed at the Ohio Masonic Home and Meijers and enjoyed playing BINGO.

Survivors include one daughter; Christine Knight, Springfield, one son Leroy Knight, New Jersey, grandchildren; Chasmine, Anasticia, Mark, Nina and Lillie Knight, several great grandchildren, sister; Karin Franklin, brother; Ludwig Muller and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Hans.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are being handled by the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME.
