Zelma Lee Gragg


Zelma Lee Gragg, went home to be with the Lord June 26, 2008 at 8:40 PM in Community Hospital.

Zelma was born July 4, 1919 in Pilgrim Knob, Virginia the daughter of Walter and Flossie (Ratliff) Clifton.

Zelma resided in South Charleston, Ohio, for many years with her beloved daughter. Zelma was a member of the First Church of the Open Bible on Selma Road in Springfield for over 36 years.

Zelma is preceded in death by both parents, husband Harvey Gragg, son Mike Gragg, several sisters and brothers.

She is survived by her daughter; Gaynell (Jim) Cain, her son; Harvy (Rita) Gragg, multiple grandchildren, great grandchildren , several brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews.

Friends may visit with the family from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM Sunday in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday in the First Church of the Open Bible with Pastor James Martin officiating. Additional visitation will be held for one hour prior to the services. Burial will follow in Kirkwood Cemetery, London, Ohio.

Any monetary donations can be made to the First Church of the Open Bible. The family would like to send out a special thank you to all of the nursing staff, nurses aids and physicians that cared for Zelma during her stay at the hospital. You all were wonderful and will remain in our prayers.
