Cecil F. Ferguson


Cecil F. "Bill" Ferguson Jr., 80, of Springfield, passed away at 7:45 PM Friday, September 12, 2008 in the Ohio Masonic Home. He was born February 11, 1928 in Springfield, the son of Cecil F. and Lelia (Daughters) Ferguson Sr.

Mr. Ferguson was a Veteran of the United States Army and was retired from International Harvester.

Survivors include one sister and brother in law Mary and Norman DesCombes of Springfield, two nepehws Gary (Mary ) DesCombes and Grant DesCombes and several great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday in Ferncliff Cemetery with Pastor Rick Clos officiaitng. Friends may visit with the family in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME from 1:00 PM until the time of the services.
