Susan K. Ellinger


Susan K. Ellinger, 50, of Enon, died unexpectedly Monday morning, February 4, 2008 in the Springfield Regional Medical Center, Fountain Campus. She was born in Springfield on June 3, 1957 the daughter of Albert and Marilyn (Ingledue) Ellinger.

Sue was a graduate of Greenon High School and Clark County Joint Vocational School. She worked in the accounts payable department of Community Mercy Health Partners for over 25 years and had many friends in her co-workers.

Survivors in addition to her parents of Enon include a sister, Amy Barringer of Enon; two brothers, Roger Ellinger of Enon and Andy (Lisa) Ellinger of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; nieces and nephews, Brad (Heather) Ellinger of Columbus, Matthew (Caren) Ellinger of Norfolk, Virginia, and Andrew, Haleigh and Alexa Ellinger of Mufreesboro, Tennessee; great nephews, Kai and Ryen Ellinger of Columbus and Gavin and Layne Ellinger of Norfolk, Virginia; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and her special buddies, Buck and Biscuit.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday in the LITTLETON & RUE FUNERAL HOME. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 12-2:00 p.m. Friday. Burial will be in Enon Cemetery.
