Warden A. Cobaugh


Warden A. Cobaugh, 93, of New Carlisle, Ohio passed away Sunday March 30, 2008.

He was born April 10, 1914 in New Carlisle the son of the late Harry & Florence (Lobaugh) Cobaugh.

He retired after 34 years of service from Wright Patterson A.F.B.

He is survived by his children, Joyce Ellis of West Milton, Karen & Jim Black of New Carlisle, Judy & Vern Campbell of St. Paris; step children, Barbara Rouch, Mary Conner, Gerald (Sonny) Morris; ten grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren, nine step grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wives, Marie & Theresa; sisters, Nellie Cobaugh, Ethel Conley, Gladys Bausman; a brother, Walter; step daughter, Nancy Foster and a step grandchild.

A gathering of family and friends will be held 6-8 p.m. Thursday April 3, 2008 at the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday in the funeral home. Burial will be in New Carlisle Cemetery.
